Scheduling Policies

  1. Appointment Booking:

    • All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, and they are in Eastern Time Zone.

    • Please provide accurate contact information to receive appointment confirmations and reminders.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • To avoid a cancellation fee, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

    • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of [insert amount].

    • In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

Payment Policies
