Scheduling Policies

  1. Appointment Booking:

    All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are based on Eastern Time Zone (ET). To book a session, please email barbvadas@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on this page.

    Be sure to provide accurate contact information to receive your confirmation and any necessary updates. Appointments are not finalized until you receive a confirmation email.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of [insert amount].

    • In the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

Payment Policies

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via PayPal.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.

Receipts and Invoices:

Receipts will be provided via email upon request. Please ensure your email address is up-to-date in our records.

Financial Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for all costs associated with their appointments, including any fees incurred due to late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
